Added the _session/steering ACP extension (advertised as _meta.steering.supported), so clients such as agent-shell can steer a running turn; a steer sent while a permission dialog is open cancels that dialog, and _meta.steering.queue: "followUp" queues a follow-up instead (#15885 by @marcintustin) /mcp reauth <name> now works over ACP, RPC, and print mode (omp -p '/mcp reauth <name>'): it opens the browser, prints the authorization URL, reconnects the server in the running session, and print mode exits 1 when reauthorization fails (#16046 by @marcintustin)
